Weg's Contracting and Consulting, LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a licensed general contractor that performs maintenance work for property management companies in Hampton Roads, Virginia. We send SMS text messages only for the purpose of scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments.
By agreeing to receive text messages from us — whether through your property manager, verbally, or via our website — you consent to receive SMS messages from Weg's Contracting and Consulting, LLC related to maintenance scheduling, appointment confirmations, and job coordination. Property Manager–Submitted Work Orders (Primary Method)
Our primary method of obtaining consent is through property management companies. When a tenant reports a maintenance issue, their property manager submits a work order to us that includes the tenant's name and phone number. The tenant has already consented to maintenance-related communications through their lease agreement with the property management company.
We then contact the tenant by text message to schedule the maintenance appointment. Messages typically offer 2–3 arrival-window options, and the tenant replies with their preferred time to confirm.
Verbal Consent
You may also consent to receive SMS messages by verbally requesting text communication during a phone call or in-person interaction with our team. For example, if you call to schedule service and ask us to text you the appointment details, that constitutes verbal consent.
Website Contact Forms
By submitting a work order request, quote request, or contact form on this website that includes your phone number, you are opting in to receive SMS text messages from us regarding your service request, scheduling, and follow-ups.

How to Opt Out
